Supporting language learning and cultural exchange through an exciting new partnership

Thanks to a new strategic partnership with Education First, Swiss Education Group students and alumni now have access to EF’s outstanding language learning platform, training courses, and programs.

Swiss Education Group (SEG) is the largest private educator in Switzerland. With nearly 40 years of experience in hospitality, business, and culinary arts education, and rooted in the Swiss tradition of hospitality, Swiss Education Group is committed to equipping tomorrow’s professionals with the leadership and entrepreneurial skills highly sought after in the hospitality industry and beyond. Swiss Education Group schools offer a wide range of courses, including Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, and short professional certificates, allowing students to choose a program that suits their individual learning needs and interests.

Here is what Yong Shen, CEO of Swiss Education Group, says about the collaboration:

“Languages are an important part of global hospitality careers. We are very pleased to be able to leverage EF’s highly professional language offerings in support of the educational journey of our students and alumni.”

Yong Shen, CEO, Swiss Education Group

Students of Swiss Education Group will be able to continue improving their language skills throughout their studies and internships within one of the fifty EF language schools around the world or through EF’s online platforms. Future students will also be able to access EF’s courses in order to prepare for their arrival in Switzerland. Through this partnership, we are excited to organize joint events and be able to provide students with potential internship opportunities at one of EF’s international locations.

Iris Hormann, President of Language Abroad, EF Education First, also believes in the new partnership:

“At EF, we transform dreams into international opportunities by combining language training with cultural exchange. We are honored to be working alongside SEG to support their future students from all around the world with our language-learning programs. Together, we will open the doors for them to an international career.”

Iris Hormann, President of Language Abroad, EF Education First.
